Key members of our team have worked for BK Orchard Developments Ltd for between 10 and 22 years gaining significant knowledge and experience.

Nibs Taylor

Our Operations Manager is Nibs Taylor who is responsible for the day to day production and running of the business. He is the person to contact for discussions on work required and estimations. He will meet you on site and discuss options suitable for your orchard.

Lou Taylor

Nibs & his wife Lou Taylor farmed successfully for many years, and understand the orchardists' requirements and time constraints. Lou is responsible for the sourcing and preparation of the shelter cloths.

Mark Middleton

Mark is the Business Accounting Manager and has had experience in accounting and managing large national companies. Together with his wife, Lynda, he owned a small manufacturing business in Tauranga before becoming involved in BK Orchard Developments Ltd.

Lynda Middleton

Lynda is the back-up for the cloth sewing and administration. She has a secretarial background which diversified into customer service and administration when she and Mark owned their own business.

Carla Gerrans

Carla Gerrans is the Office Manager. She is available to handle enquiries and is involved in preparation of estimations, monthly accounts and other administration matters.
